Meridian, a loyality and incentives company, needed to design pitch materials to upsell their customer, Cooper Tires, on a new way to support their dealer incentive program (Medallian). To effectively communicate the integrated incentive marketing approach, various materials were created such as the dealer mobile app experence, incentive reminder email communications, and retargeting advertising units.

For the last 20 years, Dubowl Lanes has maintained the same brand identity and go-to-market plan, which was focused on community word of mouth. Recognizing that new customers were turning to digital for reviews and planning their family activities, Dubowl approached Chum Digital to completely revamp their brand identity and website to capture new potential customers. After the first year of launch, we increased their website traffic by 200% and more than tripled their marketing database.

As one of the largest business litigation law firms in St. Louis, Sandberg Phoenix wanted to take its value proposition of providing superior client service to the next level. Collaborating with Kevin Kelly of Anti-Agency, we built a firm-wide strategic business development and digital marketing plan that better positioned the firm’s attorneys digitally with a new website, case studies, bio pages, industry and services search functionality, and integration with the firm CRM.

A lover of the praying manitis, the owner of the start-up commercial pest control company in St. Louis, came to Chum Digital to build his brand around the insect. We started by diving deep into the overall message and theme he wanted to convey to his customers and landed on a fun and playful take on pest control management to combat the “big box” pest control companies that all look the same in a crowded local market. The end result was a fully integrated brand and digital ecosystem that resulted in aquiring their largest commercial account and a 500%+ increase in database size.
